Raffaella graduated in law in 1996 from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, attaining final mark 110/110 cum laude with a dissertation on the trade secret law protection with, as dissertation supervisor, Professor Adriano Vanzetti.

Before graduating she attended a Course and Stage in Patent Law at the University of California in Berkeley - U.S.A..

Raffaella has extensive expertise in all areas of industrial property law having practiced, soon after graduating, in a primary patent office, where she was responsible for a number of activities including the filing and prosecution of international trademarks.

She assists the firm’s clients in judicial and extra-judicial matters in all cases regarding infringements of industrial property rights, with a particular focus on strategic planning to increase the value of the companies’ assets.

She attended a number of post-graduate specialization courses on intellectual property including a Master in the Protection of Inventions at the Scuola Superiore in Catania (1999) and a Master in the Worldwide Academy of the World International Property Organization (WIPO) in collaboration with the University of Turin at the ILO, International Training Center of the International Labour Organization, in Turin (2000).



She has worked in firms specialized in industrial property law. In 2013, she became partner of her Father’s law firm
